Zack and his team did a awesome job with the garage floor coating last summer. So a review is due! The garage floor is holding up very well, there was a tiny spot that needed fixing and Zack attended to it-talk of after sales service! They also installed Signature custom cabinets in our garage that look good and hold so much stuff. Great quote as well. Highly recommend. This is a well run organization at all levels. The initial consultation gave me a lot of ideas and concepts, complete with photos and sketches. I didn’t really know what I wanted to do with my garage and we came up with other ideas after the initial meeting. They were able to send me photos of their work and revise sketches, and all talks were honest and comfortable and I never felt pressured. All items we discussed over separate phone calls would quickly get added to a revised scope of work making it very easy for both of us to know what services were to be performed. The estimator was also the project manager and was in total control through the whole process. Scheduling was very accommodating and well communicated. The field staff and the manager were in close communication the whole time and nothing got missed. The field staff are extremely professional and knowledgeable. We moved into a condo in the spring and needed storage in our garage. I found Garage Works and the owner Zach online. He And his team were responsive from the beginning to end of this project!
Zach met with us to analyze our needs and came up with a plan to house our belongings in an organized, easy to access and aesthetically pleasing design. The initial installation took from 8:30 AM to 7 PM with three people. A follow up was needed a couple weeks later to replace our foldable workbench. There was an unfinished edge on the back edge of the table and Zach was not happy with that slight defect, so he ordered another bench for us!
The large cabinets are high quality and  a dream to use for storage with room above four more bins! The Monkey Bars units are so strong, a creative product and flexible to all of your needs!
Zack gave us various hooks and attachments for those bars so we could experiment for a couple of weeks to figure out what might work well. Hanging our two bikes were our big issue and we are so pleased with how easy it is to lift up our bikes and hang them on the wall every time we use them :-)
When Kevin and Jace came back to reinstall the workbench they re-organized our wall for us to accommodate more needs. We are so pleased with our decision to go with these cabinets and storage units! Zach and his team installed an epoxy/polyurea finish to our garage floor along with the monkey bar storage racks from which we hung 5 bicycles, 2 sets of golf clubs and a host of other outdoor play equipment.
The guys were prompt, informative, and friendly. They arrived at 8am and completed the floor by 4:30pm with Zach returning the following day to help us select/customize the hooks/bags/baskets needed to store all of our items.
Utilizing high garage walls and lifting everything up off of the floor allows for hassle-free sweeping and a much cleaner, organized look.
It's silly, but I kept opening the door to the garage just to admire the improvement!
